The Epic Adapter is easy to use and reasonably priced. So helpful that it is all in one piece, so no extra pieces to keep track of. And the color options and little container are so cute!

Extremely unhappy customer! My order was placed on September 15, but I have NOT receive the items to-date. The USPS order tracking is still showing awaiting item. Is there a contact number that I can call to follow up on my order delivery or can Epicka contact me at my email: [****]? I will need the purchased items for travelling on Oct 15. After this date the items are of no use for me! Tacking info below.

Fix your clarification re adapter vs attachment .your order selection was confusing and I got opposite of what I wanted . The photo of all attachment types paired with he adapter made it appear that you got all worldwide types also included.
you would like make more $ if you bundled all attachments as a clear order of ‘attachments only .
Express delivery had to fill gap when I realized my error on the confusing order platform.your customer service gave no appology to my concern and said condescendingly that ‘I’m sure they will come on time for you.
Many international travelers appreciate more polite and helpful service .
I like this model because you can plug in just the adapter you need, rather than a model that has many adapters more than you’ll use.
It is lightweight and I believe will suit my purposes well.
I bought this to share with my s/o as we traveled and to be honest, it was the best thing I brought from home for our trip. The rapid charge of multiple devices kept us ready and prepared for every day! Love this thing!
It’s small and it works. This is an upgrade to get as many USB-C outlets as possible while maintaining a couple of USB-A outlets.
I wish I had purchased a complete set with my original one for Great Britain. I have had several chargers for my many years of travel, but this is the best one of them all. I know I can purchase ones needed additionally if I need more.Thanks!

I love that you can use this adapter at home to charge several items at a time. Sometimes we have 3 or 4 of our electronics to charge and not enough room so the Epicka adapter helps with this issue since you can charge 4 items at a time. It's small and compact so it's saves space. Great to take on trips. This is a very useful product!
LOVE that this adapter is super compact and has everything you need! My last adapter was super bulky and hard to pack. This one is way nicer!
Received this to test out, while I do not have any abroad trips at the moment, I am excited to test it out in another two months. I like how small and compact the adapter is. It also came with a very nice little carrying case to make it more compartmentalized. I think it would've been smart to make a case that included a pocket or sections for fastening cords. Also, there isn't a built-in converter, so the adapter isn't truly universal, but maybe it will be in the future!

This is a great adapter! It’s very compacted and has a cute little caring case. I love that you can take it to 200+ well pretty much everywhere! I love the four USB ports. I use it right next to my bedside! This is a great adapter you will love it!
