After dropping from 1m on 8 surfaces, check if the adapter can function normally and if there are any abnormal sounds inside.
*Drop test are conducted to test whether the adapter can work normally in case of accidental drop, and to detect whether there is any abnormal noise in the internal parts.
Type test are mainly carried out to ensure that the plug spacing and socket plug angle are consistent with local sockets to ensure the universality of the adapter.
Perform 5000 plug and unplug test to ensure reliability.
*Plugging life test are conducted to test the reliability of the adapter's insertion and removal.
Press a 3mm probe with a force of 20N to test the protection door from leaking electricity.
*Protection door probe test are carried out to test whether the protection door of the adapter can prevent electric leakage.
Test the 2PS 8A fuse for 4 hours with an excess current of 10%.
*Fuse test are conducted to test whether the adapter can timely fuse in case of overload, to protect the safety of appliances and users.
After using for 3 hours, the contact and surface temperature should not exceed 75℃.

Voltage resistance test

Test in different operating environments at 167°F (75 °C) x 48h and -4°F (-20 °C) x 24h without abnormalities.
*High and low temperature test are conducted to test the performance and reliability of the adapter in different temperature environments.
Spray with 500g of 99.5% high-concentration sodium oxide mixed with 9000ml of water. No rust, corrosion, oxidation, or other issues should occur after 48 hours.
